I hope you show Migas de Andalusia. My husband was Andaluz and the things zi loved were migas, ahi en blanco and our Christmas special mantecadis. Felicidades y burn bushes. Dolores Rodriguez

I met you and your then- little girls on the street corner opposite Jaleo in DC (where we lived for more than 40 years). We took our son - now a chef in California - to the Minibar for his 18th birthday. Which is to say, we are long time fans who look forward to sharing Spain with you!

I cannot wait! You've done so much to bring Spanish food to the American table. Been a fan since you opened Jaleo in DC. Looking forward to learning more, hopefully you'll have some Asturian and Gallego food in the show.
