I would love it if you opened The Bazaar by Jose Andres in Toronto. So happens there is a location that became free when Blu Restaurant moved last month, on Avenue Road in Yorkville, a neighbourhood with some of the best restaurants, hotels and shopping in the city.

In Toronto we loved Little Jerry's (it's technically a music-first "listening bar" but the drinks and food are really good!) and DaiLo was amazing, too! Lots of yummy spots in Kensington Market, too.

Loved Chef's Table. I'm based in Toronto. One restaurant in Ontario Jose you must try and bring Martha, is the PINE, in Creemore Ontario about 90 minutes from the city. Also Matty Matheson's restaurants are always fun. With that said, I hope one day there will be a Jose Andres restaurant like Zaytinya here in Toronto. We need more spots like that. Looking forward to trying your new one in NYC Oyamel this week. Other recommendations farm to table Restaurant Pearl Morissette 1 hour west of Toronto is also a fan favorite , since you love seafood also think of going to PEI at Chef Michael Smith's Inn at Bay Fortune for a feast to remember

Your segment (and all the segments) of Chef's Table were a marvel! Everyone should watch this show on Netflix! And I think you should win the Nobel Prize--nominated is NOT enough! Loved you when I lived in D.C. near Jaleo, Oyamel and Zaytinya and was a frequent visitor to all three and got enormous hugs from your generous heart. I was paid here for one year as a contribution to your work! Go José!

Jose, As always , thanks for sharing. The food looks amazing and I am filing it away for future reference in a trip there.

The show is different because it brings their human short comings of which we all have regardless who we are. Learning is growth and to be the best person we can be it must happen willingly. Your tender approach is a respectful but a firm way to bring the best of them out. Martha is just Martha.

Cant wait to see if my selection will win it all. You are the best.
