The two famous people I would most love to meet, Chef Jose Andres and Chef Eric Ripert. That would be a dream come true. Hope to make it to the Cayman Cookout one of these years. We had an amazing brunch instead at Spanish Diner!

After seeing the picture of you, Eric and Tony I now realize my favorite picture of the 3 of you is from this same day. Since I can't attach it, I will just say it's the one with you in the middle, Eric to your right and Tony to your left and your arms are around them kind of outstretched over their shoulders.

When I say this is my favorite picture of the 3 of you this cannot be understated -- I really, really love it1

This is fabulous, Chef. I went to Grand Cayman years ago in the early 90s when they first initiated a direct flight from New York City, where I was living at the time. I stayed at a modest hotel, but I had a lovely vacation. I can only imagine if you, Eric, and Emeril had shown up in this manner! (I might’ve thought I was hallucinating. ) Take care!

It appears that you can sign up if you have the money. Google "Cayman Cookout" for the details.
