Ms. Vásquez' technique is flawless!
I can see the jamón and manzanilla because of the salty/sweet combination. But cava is fabulous as well. As for the slicing, I'll leave that to the experts. :)
I totally agree with the cava/jamón pairing, and the slicing is definitely an art form!
