Listening to this, my heart smiled -- learning from doing is often the very best way to learn. Why have we in the US and elsewhere moved away from that model?
Ok.. another comment: the calls that you all have are a gift. My dad's 36th yahrzeit is this weekend. I miss him. I miss being able to get his advice; sad not getting his creative letters. TREASURE every call and conversation and experience. Ok.. enough .. I am having a conversation with you!
