I haven’t been excited about anyone’s take on Mexican food for a very long time — been so over done; but this sounds so exciting, real and needed! I can’t wait and I am fantasizing about the salsa made from nopal and seeds.

Thank you also for the lighter thought on colonization! Great view on food — a friend everyone can love.
