Loved # 4. I really enjoyed learning about Chef Samuelsson and his many travels and experiences!

Thanks for the ideas on smoked salmon and am so excited that I just received my Mercado Little Spain order of olive oil and vinegar!! Just placed an order for rice, capers and paprika.This is like a little gift living in a very rural part of Vermont with very few options for new and wonderful ingredients. I am grateful for all you do Chef!!!
