Definitely would like gambas recipe. We went to your LA restaurant and to Las Vegas. Now that I saw there is one in Disney Springs, I may have to go there (and we avoided Orlando for 8 years.)
Discovered your cooking at Cafe Atlantico and have visited your DC restaurants ever since. Every single one multiple times. Even tough i live elsewhere. I even screamed when I snagged Minibar reservations and booked an airline ticket to get there. My husband thought I was crazy. I Almost rented an apartment in Chelsea to be across the street from Little Spain, but moved to Hells Kitchen instead. Visited Miami Bazaar and NYC Zaytina. You are always top of mind. I even visited your portrait at the Portrait Gallery in DC last week. Unfortunately I was turned away from Jaleo on Sunday afternoon (6/11). I wanted a glass of wine and pan de tomate at the bar. It was 4pm, restaurant was about half full. The hostess told me they had only one bartender so I would not get served. I asked if she was seriously turning me away and she said yes. I know restaurant help is difficult, but I was shocked. Sorry can’t make it to DC on 6/27.
