Thank you, too, for sharing your love of cooking. May we please have one email/class on knives? I am using more fresh foods in my cooking and wonder which knives are best. I keep looking at them online but hesitate. I also think to myself, which ones would Chef Andres pick? 😄 Maybe it's silly but I would like to hear about the tools you use and where to get them ❤️ much love from Arkansas

I love getting the recipes for our favorite dishes at Jaleo! For New Years Eve we made 10 of the tapas and had a WOW of a meal. Thank you!

My mother and father are from Santander Spain. We use to visit San Sebastián (a food Mecca) quite a bit. Can you please show some shows from that area too! Also, a cooking method my mom use to do was pil pil, especially with fish. Can you show us how to do this. Loved your shows with your beautiful girls!
