The dish we had at Jaleo with caviar and a fried egg was delicious. I might need to get some to make it at home.

Looking forward to this, I’m in my 40s and never tried caviar (mainly cos I’m broke most the time ) so hopefully José you can brake the myth it’s an upper class food and give us some options .,mucho amour
