The dish we had at Jaleo with caviar and a fried egg was delicious. I might need to get some to make it at home.
I love the way the tiny eggs pop between my teeth. It’s like eating the ocean with fireworks!

Looking forward to this, I’m in my 40s and never tried caviar (mainly cos I’m broke most the time ) so hopefully José you can brake the myth it’s an upper class food and give us some options .,mucho amour
