I couldn't agree more about the liquid olives. I don't have a Jaleo where I live but on a road trip a few years ago I made a point of going when I found out there was a Jaleo in one of the places we were visiting. The liquid olives alone were worth it.
Jose, you are such a talented, amazing and giving person. You have done so much for people in need and simultaneously encouraged people (like me) to donate to help others but also learn more about how to cook and eat and share happiness with family and friends! So here’s my thought…why don’t you host a Food and History tour of Spain? As a committed follower of your cooking and concerns, I would love to join a group of others like me, learn your history/learn how to cook and eat/drink and be entirely focused on what we can all do to improve our Country and the world! Love to hear your thoughts….🤞
Jose, I just finished watching Chief's Tables. Wow , it was awesome to go to your hometown to see things through your eyes and your remembrance as a child. To see the creativity that has come through the years of displaying food in your restaurant. I love the fact that Alice was on there too. She has been a farmer supporter from the beginning as you. I'm ready to see the attitude adjustments making 12 Chefs personal better along with the encouragement and support you and Martha share. You are the best ❤️❤️❤️
I’m so excited to take in all your sites and sounds of your new ventures. Yay!!!
