Hola People! On today’s podcast we’re doing something different. Instead of asking all the questions…I’m answering them.
That’s because this week, we’re bringing you a conversation that I had with Tony Capuano, the CEO of Marriott International during the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
Marriott has been a generous supporter of World Central Kitchen and I have several restaurants in Marriott hotels, including the Ritz-Carltons in South Beach and New York. Earlier this summer, I sat down with Tony at the JW Marriott Cannes to talk about community, passions, food, travel and the ways that I, and so many of you Food Fighters out there, use food to bring people together.
