I have eaten Wagyu in many different locations in Japan especially toward Kobe and Kyoto. While American Wagyu is good, it’s no match for authentic Japanese Wagyu.
The balance of Wagyu marbling with American beef flavor is the ultimate 'best of both worlds' for the grill. I’ll be hunting for the arañita this weekend!
