Today, I want to introduce (or re-introduce, if you already know her!) a friend of mine who we just featured over on Longer Tables—Marti Buckley. She is an amazing cook and cookbook author, and an expert on the food of the Basque Country. She adopted San Sebastián (Donostia in the Basque language, called Euskera) as her home, and we share similar missions…to bring the flavors of Spain to an American audience.
