It’s almost Thanksgiving, people. And so who are we going to talk to on Longer Tables this week?
Yes of course, it’s Martha Stewart, the queen of entertaining. I can’t believe it, but it’s been 40 years since her first book, “Entertaining,” came out. Since then, a magazine, books, TV…you name it!
But if you’ve been following Martha lately, you know she’s loosened up a lot since she launched her food media empire. So, while we were in the studio, we drank (great) wine together and tasted her new CBD gummies. We also talked about the one time that Martha actually messed up a Thanksgiving turkey (and, of course, saved dinner anyway.)
As you may know, I have my opinions about turkeys, and how to make them juicy and delicious…but this week’s recipe is not for turkey but a surprising vegetarian dish for your holiday buffet.
