A Greek salad perfect for autumn
Fall Vegetable Horiatiki would make a beautiful side tomorrow!
It’s almost the big day! Are you brining your bird, baking your pies, chilling your wines? Or are you taking it easy and just doing a cheese plate, a salad, and a bottle of Albariño and calling it a day (that actually sounds pretty good!)…?
Well, no matter what your family does to celebrate or not celebrate Thanksgiving, I have an amazing fall vegetable salad for you from my team at Zaytinya in New York City. They’re serving it on their Thanksgiving menu, and I might be doing the same!
Speaking of Zaytinya…did you know that we are opening in the next few weeks in Miami? I’m so excited to return to South Beach, and to bring Zaytinya there for the first time—it’s one of my favorite restaurants, with flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean (don’t forget we’re also publishing the Zaytinya book in March 2024!)
So…here is Zaytinya’s Fall Vegetable Horiatiki, which I can assure you tastes as beautiful as it looks.
