I don’t know if you saw, but I recently announced a three cookbook deal with the publisher Ecco, who also published my cookbook Vegetables Unleashed in 2019 and We Fed An Island in 2018. It’s an exciting time and also means that my team and I will be working on cookbooks for the next 5 years…!
